You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting a coaching application or purchasing a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Coaching Application

Submitting a coaching application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion. If accepted, you will be contacted to schedule a strategy call and discuss program details.

4. Health Disclaimer

MiguellyMuscle is not a medical provider. Our coaching services are for educational and informational purposes. You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness, nutrition, or supplementation program.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical fitness activities.
• You assume all risk of injury associated with exercise and dietary changes.
• You have consulted with (or will consult with) your physician regarding any health concerns before beginning a training program.
• Our coaches are fitness professionals, not licensed medical practitioners.

5. Payment and Refunds

Coaching fees are outlined during your strategy call and are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual coaching agreement. Program pricing is subject to change without notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and during coaching.
• Follow the program guidelines and communicate openly with your coach.
• Attend scheduled check-ins and respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Take personal responsibility for your health, safety, and results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our coaching programs — including training protocols, nutrition plans, guides, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of MiguellyMuscle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written consent.
